TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LARRY LOVE UNIVERSITY, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF LARRY LOVE UNIVERSITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LARRY LOVE UNIVERSITY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larry Love University, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Larry Love University makes no guarantees regarding:

• Transferability of credits to other institutions
• Licensure or certification eligibility in any jurisdiction
• Specific salary or income levels after graduation
• Acceptance of degrees by employers or other educational institutions

Students are responsible for verifying that our programs meet their specific educational, professional, and licensing requirements. Accreditation status and program offerings are subject to change.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Larry Love University. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

13. Waiver

The failure of Larry Love University to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Larry Love University.

14. Entire Agreement
