Refund Policy

1. Overview

Larry Love University (“LLU,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial matters. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students may receive a refund of tuition, fees, and other charges. By enrolling in any LLU program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.

2. Application Fee

The $100 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers the administrative cost of processing your application and is due at the time of submission.

3. Tuition Refund Schedule

If you withdraw from a program, you may be eligible for a tuition refund based on the following schedule. The withdrawal date is defined as the date LLU receives your official written withdrawal request.

* “Days” refers to calendar days, not business days. The first day of class is Day 1.

4. How to Request a Withdrawal and Refund

To officially withdraw from a program and request a refund, you must:

1. Submit a written withdrawal request via email to [email protected]
2. Include your full name, student ID (if applicable), program of enrollment, and reason for withdrawal
3. The date the email is received by LLU will be considered the official withdrawal date

Verbal requests, non-attendance, or failure to log in to course materials do not constitute an official withdrawal.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the official withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

If tuition was paid by a third party (e.g., employer, sponsor, or scholarship provider), the refund will be returned to the original payer unless documentation is provided authorizing a different arrangement.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable regardless of the withdrawal date:

• Application fee ($100)
• Registration fee (if applicable)
• Technology fee (if applicable)
• Materials and supplies already provided to the student
• Late payment fees or other administrative charges

7. Course Materials and Textbooks

Course materials, textbooks, and digital resources that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable. Physical materials that are returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of withdrawal may be eligible for a refund at LLU's discretion.

8. Scholarship and Financial Aid Recipients

Students who received scholarships, grants, or other financial aid may be subject to additional refund calculations as required by the terms of the award. If a refund results in an overpayment of financial aid, the student may be required to return a portion of the aid to the university or the funding source.

LLU will work with affected students to determine the appropriate adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

9. Program Cancellation by LLU

In the rare event that Larry Love University cancels a program or course before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid for that specific program or course, including the application fee.

If a program is discontinued after classes have begun, LLU will make reasonable efforts to allow enrolled students to complete their current term. Refund eligibility for remaining terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Military and Veteran Students

Larry Love University is committed to supporting our military and veteran students. Service members who are called to active duty or deployed during a term may be eligible for a full or prorated tuition refund regardless of the standard refund schedule. Documentation of military orders will be required.

11. Extenuating Circumstances

LLU recognizes that unexpected life events may impact a student's ability to continue their studies. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, students may petition for a refund exception by submitting a written appeal with supporting documentation to:

12. Donations

Donations made to Larry Love University through our donation platform are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected].

13. Changes to This Policy

Larry Love University reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Students are encouraged to review this policy periodically. The refund policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your situation.
